Good relationships make for a great event
ChipSoft worked with many companies through DeFabrique to make it an unforgettable event. Thanks to the excellent, trusted relationships with all kinds of partners, an agency is not always necessary to organize an event!
BloemBloem was contacted to provide the flamboyant furniture for the stands, Bijman took care of the technology, and Ferry Quik arranged the banners.
Entertainment was also provided by DeFabrique's valued partners. There was a mobile act with a mobile DJ booth from Looping Good, vinyl records were played from Schurkenbiefstuk's car, and Dutch Golf Company brought along a golf simulator. Pop-up Ping Pong also provided entertainment with a table tennis table for four people and a duo shuffleboard, and JB Productions arranged a life-size Doctor Bibber game.
In addition, Boooth provided a photo booth, XXL Lichtletters provided decorative letters, and Boost created a green oasis in the middle of the festivities to draw attention to Trees for All. The collaboration with all the various partners ensured that every aspect of the event was taken care of down to the last detail to give ChipSoft's guests the best possible welcome.
Healthcare & ICT
This innovative festival was for customers during the day and for ChipSoft employees in the evening. During the day, customers visited various stands where they were introduced to different healthcare IT solutions and innovations in creative ways.
In addition to the information stands, where customers could talk to experts, there were also games and an escape room.
In the evening, after a joint plenary kick-off, the prosecco was opened and there was a party for the employees with a DJ and party band Royal Beat. A great, festive end to an innovative day!
