Tech conference in festival style
A festival-style tech conference: welcome to Azure Lowlands! After a period of social distancing, this community was finally able to meet again. This year at DeFabrique. National and international guests learned all about the Microsoft Azure Platform in five different tracks. Couldn't be there live? No problem! Guests could also watch online during this hybrid event. In addition to the various sessions led by experts, it was a day full of connection, good food, entertainment, and music.

Surprise & connect
An event with IT professionals? Organizer Stichting Thursday Cloud swept all expectations aside and broke new ground. When this community comes together, it's a party. That's why Azure Lowlands became a real congress festival. In addition to there being a lot to learn in terms of content, the entire location was festively decorated. Each room was different: from plopping down in beanbags to flickering festival letters to a rolling lunch. As a visitor, you could be surprised in every room and also engage in conversation with other guests. The day was opened by a spectacular breakdance show, and between sessions, a different band took to the stage to surprise guests.
Participate online
Were you unable to attend in person? No worries! You could still follow all the sessions by Microsoft speakers and Azure experts from home. A special livestream studio was also set up in the Kalvermelkfabriek, where speakers were interviewed afterwards. You could follow or watch everything from your (home) workplace or on the couch. After all the sessions, it was time for a festive networking reception with dinner. After a day full of impressions, everyone went home feeling satisfied. See you next year! Because Azure Lowlands will take place again at DeFabrique.
