DeFabrique is a conference venue with all the facilities you need to inspire and make an impact. Our location in Utrecht combines industrial character with modern technology. For groups of up to 3,500 guests, there are 20+ flexible rooms, so every setup is possible. With 700 free parking spaces and good public transport connections, DeFabrique is easily accessible.

More than 25 warehouses, silos, and halls with a raw industrial character and modern facilities form the backdrop for your event. From the steel mezzanine in the Perserij to the authentic silos in the Kalvermelkfabriek, each space tells its own story. Our location offers a flexible base where any event is possible: from exhibitions to company parties and conferences to sit-down dinners. Here, every idea becomes reality.

Our technicians coordinate everything with your program, from plenary sessions to breakout meetings, so you can focus entirely on the content.
Accessibility
DeFabrique is centrally located in Utrecht, close to the A2 highway. You can park for free in one of the 700 spaces on our premises, which also has 14 charging points for electric cars. Are you coming by public transport? From Maarssen station, it's a 15-minute walk to DeFabrique, or we can arrange transport for your guests.
