Shape the future
Are you ready for the technology of the future? CapgeminiTechival was organized in collaboration with D&B Eventmarketing. An out-of-the-box corporate festival where no fewer than 360 guests were introduced to the latest IT trends and Capgemini's culture.

This interactive day perfectly combined content and fun; from VR experiences to playing with NERF guns and a Ferris wheel session where we shared technical insights while spinning above the ground.
Innovation and experience
The experience of an event begins upon arrival. What do your guests see, hear, smell, and taste? You immediately capture your guests' attention when you surprise them. D&B Eventmarketing and Capgemini were well aware of this. Upon arrival, the smoke machine was already running to create excitement. In addition, the plenary session was opened with an audio experience. Guests were given an eye mask and headphones. This allowed everyone to be transported into a new experience. But it wasn't just during the arrival and plenary sessions that guests were surprised. If you fancied a pancake or cappuccino, you could have it printed. Wanted to try a new taste sensation? Then you could try the cryo popcorn. This is crispy popcorn fried in liquid nitrogen. It creates a surprising effect when you eat it. It's cold, has a crispy bite, and the smoke (literally) comes out of your nose. This is how Capgemini's innovative and surprising character came to the fore in every detail.
Subs & fun
Technology is developing at breakneck speed. Capgemini knows this better than anyone. That's why, in addition to the plenary sessions, three sub-rounds were held to bring everyone up to speed on the latest IT trends. Guests could choose from six different sub-sessions, each of which was unique. For example, you could meet various tech experts in the Ferris wheel – yes, you read that right. That was definitely a highlight. In addition to the "subs," there was also time for fun. For example, guests could immerse themselves in a VR experience and play a game of NERF gun. Nothing was too crazy. That's why this interactive day ended with a plenary closing session from the Ferris wheel. And if you still had more to say, you could enjoy drinks together. This branding event was an original way to connect guests with each other, the IT sector, and Capgemini.
