DeFabrique is located in Utrecht, between the railway, canal, and highway. Thanks to this unique location in the heart of the Netherlands, just a stone's throw from Schiphol Airport, we are easily accessible to guests from all corners of the world.

It is almost impossible to imagine an event without technology. The quality of a conference or corporate festival depends on the correct use of lighting, sound, and digital support. Because we want to take as much work off your hands as possible, we closely follow innovations and our location is equipped with professional equipment and staff.

Site visit

We would be delighted to show you around our unique event venue.

Quotation

Based on your request and the site visit, we will prepare a quote for you. Always customized to your needs.

Production process

Agree with the quote? Then we will proceed to the production process. You will be linked to one of our event producers who will work with you to coordinate all the details for your event.

Event

The big day has arrived! On the day of the event, you will be welcomed by the event manager. Together, you will discuss the schedule and any final points of attention. The event manager will be your on-site contact during the event.

Aftercare

A few days after your event, the account manager and event producer will contact you to evaluate the entire process.
