Where linseed oil used to be produced, you will now find one of DeFabrique's most impressive location blocks: the Perserij. This location block offers the Perserij as a large plenary hall and has four unique sub-spaces, each telling its own story. The Douchelokaal with vintage shower installations and the Meelzolder, Havenmeester, and Postkamer with characteristic runway lights. With its own foyer as a reception area and the Jutekelder as a flexible space that can be used for catering or a sub-session, for example, you can shape your event exactly as you wish. Whether it's plenary sessions, creative workshops, or large gatherings, the spaces give every event extra character.

A space to reflect
Standing in the middle of the Perserij and looking up, you see an impressive space measuring no less than 14 meters high. The high ceiling, authentic factory lamps, and sturdy steel construction where linseed oil presses once stood give this industrial space a unique character. Thanks to its open layout and an area of 560 m², the Perserij is suitable for exhibitions, parties, large gatherings, or conferences. Here, your event will make an impression from the very first moment.
