Our lunch concepts are inspired by the rich history and industrial character of DeFabrique. Here you can enjoy a lunch that has been prepared with care, using local ingredients. Thanks to excellent partnerships, we offer the tastiest and most fresh food.

Think of freshly baked bread from Bakkerij Akkermans or sausage rolls from De Bakkende Brabander. Or enjoy a BBQ toasted sandwich with organic pulled beef or jackfruit, or our homemade flatbreads with Parma ham and truffle mascarpone. At DeFabrique, you can enjoy a lunch with character.

Even our wine comes from nearby! The red, white, and rosé wines we serve are made just across the border in Germany by Hartmut and Petra Bernhard. Their wine region is one of the best in Rheinessen. 1,800 years ago, the Romans were already growing figs, chestnuts, and, of course, grapes here.
