Tibor.nl – Exceptional Leadership
The "Extraordinary Leadership" event focused on personal development and was organized by Tibor.nl. Over the course of a single day, four leading experts shared insights on personal growth and leadership. The event was originally planned as an in-person gathering, but due to the pandemic, it was transformed into a hybrid event: 35 VIPs at the Copraloods and 650 participants online. To make the event even more valuable, it became part of a five-month program, including an online kick-off, four masterclasses, and the hybrid event.

Cracking a code
To encourage interaction, the audience completed various tasks based on a customer journey. Both in-person and online participants had to work together to crack the code of a chest on stage, which contained the answer to the question: What is the secret of life? These game elements fostered a sense of connection, even from a distance. Guests rated the event a 9+.
