Welcome to The World of Incentro! During the first Conference and Customer Day, clients and partners were introduced to the theme “Let’s Embrace Change.” The event was entirely focused on change and the future, a theme that ran as a common thread throughout the event, including the pre- and post-event activities. Throughout the program, guests were surprised, inspired, and challenged to embrace change. Of course, change is only possible with a strong team. After Customer Day, our own staff was welcomed to the Incentrolands party. With the band Jack Fire and singer Maan, the party really got going.

World of Incentro

The bar was set high right from the start. After being welcomed by two photo girls and caricaturists, guests were treated to a light show. But that was just the beginning! As a sponsor of the Dutch Skateboarding Federation and the country’s top skateboarders, Incentro decided to build a skate ramp at our venue. The large warehouse doors swung open, and the top Dutch skateboarders appeared on the ramp. They treated the audience to a series of breathtaking tricks.

Learn & Experience

Following the opening, there were four experiential sessions centered on the theme of change. Change in the broadest sense of the word: from digital innovations and new leadership to a plastic-free society. Upon arrival, guests received an LED wristband. The color of the wristband guided them to the correct room. In fifteen minutes, you gained new inspiration to embrace change. In addition to gaining knowledge, guests were able to experience innovations and changes firsthand. In Loods 5, guests enthusiastically played traditional Dutch games and arcade games. As a counterpoint, the play area also featured cutting-edge developments such as a Smart Mirror that determined which type of glasses best suited you based on the shape of your face.
