Primera

Primera organized its annual General Members’ Meeting under the theme “Brand in Action,” with the goal of ensuring that members left the event feeling energized. Together with event agency PPeople, an inspiring program was developed to update members on the latest developments and look ahead to the future. Suppliers also showcased their latest products and presentation materials. The theme ran like a common thread throughout the event and added a healthy dose of fun to the conference.

Primera makes every moment special

Upon arrival, members walked through a transformed Kalverstraat, which had been turned into a construction site complete with detour signs, construction fences, orange cones, and scaffolding. There was even a stop along the way featuring a scaffolding act in which only women made funny comments and men looked on. This made for a refreshing start to the day.

Inspiration Boulevard

Following a joint session, the Inspiration Boulevard opened its doors. More than 40 suppliers showcased their products at industrial booths.

  • Among the booths were DeFabrique mini-kitchens serving snacks and ice cream

  • Workshops such as “Unpacking the Art of Packing,” auditions for Primera campaigns, and compliment workshops

  • A special area for coffee and conversation

Guests eventually went home with a bucket-style goodie bag, in keeping with the construction site theme
