With proper preparation and a solid “Plan B,” you can handle any weather forecast. At DeFabrique, our team is always here for you with a plan for both sunny and rainy days, all year round.
You never know what to expect in advance, which is why it’s nice to be able to adapt on the fly. Our Event Producers have faced tougher challenges before. Sometimes even literally, when fire breathers are on the program. They know exactly what is and isn’t feasible. For every event, we reserve an indoor space and the option to go outside. If a change in plans does arise, it’s quickly taken care of.
Sunshine and rain
Have you planned your event for the summer, but is the forecast suddenly calling for more rain than expected? Don’t panic! We’ll work with you to find a solution. We’ve already discussed all possible options with you in advance, so you know exactly what to expect and can simply enjoy the event on the day itself.
An outdoor festival is still possible even in the rain. Under a stretch tent, you can experience a real festival vibe. Our Event Producers will provide any necessary electric heaters, mood lighting, and lanterns, and our Operations team will ensure everything is ready when you need it. With all the food stations in place, you can enjoy a top-notch festival. And if more people come by car because of the rain? We’ll provide extra parking spaces.
A ray of sunshine after all
Of course, a different weather forecast can go both ways. An autumn day might just turn out to be sunnier than expected. If guests are lingering outside, we’ll throw open the doors and set up an outdoor bar. We also keep our cool: we can move the flexible air conditioning units between rooms, so it never gets too hot. With last-minute shipments of sunscreen and popsicles, the fun in the sun is complete.
