You never know what to expect in advance, which is why it’s nice to be able to adapt on the fly. Our Event Producers have faced tougher challenges before. Sometimes even literally, when fire breathers are on the program. They know exactly what is and isn’t feasible. For every event, we reserve an indoor space and the option to go outside. If a change in plans does arise, it’s quickly taken care of.

Sunshine and rain

Have you planned your event for the summer, but is the forecast suddenly calling for more rain than expected? Don’t panic! We’ll work with you to find a solution. We’ve already discussed all possible options with you in advance, so you know exactly what to expect and can simply enjoy the event on the day itself. 

An outdoor festival is still possible even in the rain. Under a stretch tent, you can experience a real festival vibe. With any necessary electric heaters, mood lighting, and lanterns, the party is complete. With all the food stations in place, you can enjoy a fantastic festival. And if more people are coming by car because of the rain? Then having extra parking spaces is definitely a plus.

A ray of sunshine after all

Of course, a different weather forecast can go either way. An autumn day might just turn out sunnier than expected. If guests are lingering outside, we’ll throw the doors open and set up an outdoor bar. You’ll definitely keep your cool: we can move our flexible air conditioning units between rooms, so it never gets too hot. With last-minute sunscreen dispensers and popsicles, the fun in the sun is complete.
